Today in the blender we have an ode to springtime! Melons, berries, and all those amazing spring and summertime fruits are finally hitting the produce stands and I am going crazy with all of nature’s candy!

This was a refreshing {and filling!} post-workout brunch! And according to the My Fitness Pal app, it was only a 351 calorie treat. With stats like that, this smoothie will definitely keep you on track with your diet and health goals. Add a scoop of vanilla or plain protein powder to help with recovery and amp up the nutrition a bit!

Favorite melon? It’s a tie between cantaloupe and watermelon for me.
Do you like to make smoothies your whole meal or a side dish?

During the summer, I love adding protein powder to my smoothie and making them a small meal!

I would never think to add cantaloupe to a smoothie, but it’s one of my favorite fruits! This looks delicious!

Sounds yummy! Love me some green smoothies. If I add protein, the smoothie is a meal. Or if it’s over 300 calories it’s a meal to me. I also love cantaloupe and watermelon!

Cantaloupe in smoothies is SO good! I am going to start adding honeydew to mine to see how that goes.

Cantaloupe is the bomb dot com and I’ve NEVER thought to put that stuff in a smoothie! OMG I bet it’s so so so so good!! YES to nature’s candy! 🙂
